Enotik, a raccoon bot in Telegram, runs an interior studio's projects: stages, decisions, payments, contracts. The team talks to it like a colleague and each morning learns what's on fire.

Where a project lives
The studio runs five to fifteen projects at once- Five to seven chats per project: client, site foreman, visualizer, suppliers.
- What was decided about the kitchen means scrolling back a week.
- Payment "seems to have arrived", the deadline is "somewhere in the chat".
You write or dictate to the bot like a colleague. It files the decision, task, payment and stage under the right project, and at 09:00 sends what's stuck where.
Why a bot and not another spreadsheet
Version one read the work chats by itself, trying to guess what was happening. It flopped. Version two is a command center: the studio writes, the bot acts, rarely asking back.
In the digest the model writes only the status, in words. Amounts, profit and flags like "stuck, target 5 days" come from the database, so bot and dashboard numbers match.
A one-minute voice note about three projects splits into separate records: stage, decision, agreement, payment. The model has 26 tools, from a .docx contract to parsing a product link.
