ChatGPT writes like everyone. This editor writes like ((SETTERS)).

A manager dictates the project facts in a Telegram voice note. Minutes later a case comes back with structure, takeaways and the agency's tone. Time per case fell 80%.

Designed and built the editor in a month: a breakdown of the agency's cases, a style playbook, a chain of agents, a Telegram bot.

Setters

One voice note, a finished case

People wrote the Yotabus case on the agency's site, and it became the benchmark. The voice note retells its facts.

  • "Four days later some unknown artist painted all over it…"
  • "And we decided that works too"
Case in the ((SETTERS)) style

Yotabus. An art special project that proved anything is possible. Everything went to plan until an art attack: four days after it was installed, an unknown artist painted all over Yotabus.

How to teach a bot an agency's voice

01ChatGPT doesn't write like an agency

General models produce smooth text with no character. We broke down every agency case and draft, then derived the ideal case structure and tone: open on a vivid fact, takeaways, hook phrases.

02One model can't do both jobs

One model holds structure better, another writes the brand's tone better. So I built a chain of agents: GPT-4o lays out the facts, Claude Sonnet writes in the agency's voice.

03No team to spare for case studies

Commercial projects always come first. So there's one input: a Telegram voice note. Whisper transcribes it, n8n runs the chain, and the brand team gets text in a couple of minutes.

What the agency and the press say

«
No longer dependent on a team

At an agency, commercial projects always come first, so it was hard to put a team on case studies. Now we don't depend on one.

A couple of minutes per text

The brand team runs text production on its own: it just feeds the project facts to the AI editor as audio and gets a ready text in a couple of minutes, needing minimal edits.

Cases that write themselves

Every agency's marketing team dreams of case studies that write themselves. ((SETTERS)) and Alexey Evdokimov made it real.
